Rev. Connie Seifert

I was ordained “Rev.” Connie Seifert on Friday the thirteenth of June in 1986.

I was born, baptized and brought up in the Methodist Church (which became the United Methodist Church on April 23, 1968).

I love preaching, Scrabble, my cat, Zak, my daughter, Fran (who is also preaching these days), my sisters Andrea and Becky, my nephew, John, and his wife, Samile, and their now five year old son, Logan, my congregation and God and many other persons/places and things.

This is my eleventh year here at First United Methodist of Corning. It is a wonderful place to be, wonderful people to pastor.

My philosophy of life and my essential theology can be summed up in the following quote:
